The Free Lancer launched in the 2019-2020 school year to showcase the interests of Neshannock Junior & Senior High School students.

The Free Lancer publishes writings by all interested students–grades 7-12–though students enrolled in the Journalism & Communications class form the main writing staff of the newspaper.
